Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@aaneeshop.com with your order number.
Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the order may be subject to our applicable Returns & Exchanges policy.
Incorrect Order Information
If you notice an incorrect address, phone number or other order information, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
